With successful projects in India, Taiwan, Malaysia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria, Japan, and United States in branding, project development, show creation, training programs (entertainment/customer service), hospitality, retail, merchandising, and related areas, I translate both learned and existing business best practices with respect to both national and company culture into functional operational and business workings.

ADREA GIBBS has been involved in the entertainment and attractions industries for over 30 years.  Her diverse background in management and management training, show development and production, child development, fitness, and professional work as an actor/singer/dancer, director, choreographer, and writer, gives her a well-rounded perspective on developing the skills of both on-line and behind the scenes team members on all levels and meeting the needs and expectations of guests.  Adrea’s resume is both national and international in scope adding an additional layer to her expansive and novel work.

 

Adrea’s interactive programming has been highly praised and she has presented globally in a variety of capacities such as conferences (IAAPA, TILE, AEA, NSN), workshops (CB Richard Ellis, AAU, RFC, NYHA) and for multiple private clients throughout a wide-range of industries.  She has developed her programming to be flexible so that each session meets the particular needs of her client and has built each using the three levels of learning to assure that all in attendance will walk away with solid, comprehensive information.  As well, the client can pick and choose segments to fully personalize the program to suit their requirements.
